Ekta Kalsi

Ekta Kalsi, the visionary behind The PowHer House, is a dynamic entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience working with top-tier companies. Born and raised in Delhi, Ekta has excelled in leadership, strategic development, and business operations throughout her career. However, witnessing the challenges women face in accessing leadership roles and support networks firsthand, she developed a deep passion for creating a solution.

As a result, driven by her belief in the power of collaboration, Ekta founded The PowHer House—a dedicated space where women entrepreneurs can connect, support each other, and access the tools they need to succeed. In her vision, she imagined a community that not only empowers women but also fosters mentorship, growth, and lasting impact in their industries. Through her efforts, Ekta continues to champion the cause of creating opportunities for women to lead and thrive.
